Flow Cytometry Assays AppTec offers a variety of flow cytometry-based assays in support of process development, lot release qualification, or stability programs. These assays are performed under GLP/GMP conditions designed to meet the needs of the cell therapy and biopharmaceutical industries. Assays and studies can be executed per specific instruction, performed using standard protocols, or developed “from the ground up,” based on guidelines and project goals. Our experienced scientists and supporting departments work with the Sponsor to ensure efficient transfer of study-related materials, as well as design of optimization studies, operating procedures and results analysis. Flow cytometry assays available from AppTec include: • Antigen expression and stability • Activation/Suppression studies • Apoptosis • Cell cycle analysis • Gene expression/transfection studies (e.g., GFP expression) • Cytokine production • Titration and cross-blocking studies • QC of manufactured antibodies and/or fluorescent conjugates • Antibody panel screening for rule-out/rule-in of candidates • Assay development and other custom services available upon request
